DBSA Omaha New Hope

Welcome!

The hardest part is taking that first step...

Once you're here, you'll find an accepting and open group of peers willing to listen. Chances are, someone at the meeting has experienced what you are experiencing.

Our doors are open to anyone. This includes those suffering from depression, bipolar or related disorders, friends, family, or anyone who has an interest in learning about mood disorders.

Clubs

Indian Hills Club:
Thursday evening, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Morning Star Lutheran Church, 331 S 85th Ave.
See the map in the links section of this page.

Old Mill Club:
Tuesday evening, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Christ Community Church, 405 South 108th Avenue.
See the map in the links section of this page.

Our clubs are low key and very un-intimidating. We generally have an ice-breaker and introduction, then an educational segment. The last hour of our meeting is time we share. Share your thoughts, if you like, or just listen to others. You'll find peers that understand your challenges and are willing to listen and lend support.
